From Vision to Completion, With No Guesswork in Between

At BeeTree Homes, we know that building or remodeling your home is a major decision. That’s why we’ve built a clear, collaborative process that brings structure and confidence to every step. Whether you’re designing a whole home renovation in Mandarin or building a custom residence near Ponte Vedra Beach, our approach keeps things moving forward without surprises. We combine design-build expertise with a client-first mindset so you always know what to expect, when to expect it, and who’s guiding the way. Our Design-Build Process

Discovery Call

It all starts with a conversation. During this initial phone call, we get to know you, your goals, and whether we’re the right fit for your project. We’ll talk about your timeline, budget expectations, and what’s motivating the remodel or build. This is your chance to ask questions and share your vision in a relaxed, no-pressure setting.

In-Home Consultation

Next, we visit your property for a deeper dive. We walk the space, assess site conditions, and begin to understand how your home functions, and how it could function better. You'll share your design preferences, lifestyle needs, and any specific challenges. This meeting lays the groundwork for tailored ideas and creative solutions.

Design & Concept Development

After your consultation, we’ll send over a design agreement that outlines the next steps. Once the agreement is signed, we begin shaping your new space. This phase includes rough sketches, layout options, and early conversations about finishes, function, and flow. We’ll collaborate on several design directions before narrowing in on the one that feels right. The result is a clear design vision that’s both beautiful and highly functional.

Selections & Scope Definition

Now we move into the details. You’ll work with our in-house designer and cabinetry team in our selection room, choosing materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with your budget and style. We’ll refine the scope of work, create elevations or construction drawings, and prepare everything needed for the next phase. This is where design becomes reality.

Proposal & Contract

Once selections and plans are finalized, we prepare a comprehensive construction proposal. You’ll see clearly defined costs, timelines, and expectations. After you sign off, we handle permits, material orders, and pre-construction scheduling, so the build starts on solid ground.

Construction

This is where everything comes to life. Our project manager and field team coordinate every phase of the build, from demolition to final touch-ups. You’ll have access to BuilderTrend, our project management portal, to track progress and communicate easily. We take pride in respectful job sites, professional crews, and a steady pace from start to finish.

Final Walkthrough & Warranty

As the project wraps up, we walk through the finished space together to ensure every detail meets our standards, and yours. We answer any questions, provide care instructions, and leave you with a one-year labor warranty. Long after move-in day, we remain just a phone call away.

Making Design Selections

Design decisions can feel overwhelming, but at BeeTree Homes, we make the process inspiring and hands-on. Our dedicated selection room gives you access to door styles, paint colors, stains, hardware, wallpaper, countertops, and more. We also provide samples to take home so you can explore options at your own pace.

After interviewing several GCs about a adding a sunroom & home gym to my 1940's house, I selected BeeTree Homes because of their reputation, great communication, and their process. The contract had very specific milestones, but also allowed for changes and adjustments along the way, which was great because I ended up adding / changing a couple of things once we got started. Were there challenges? Yes, especially with the weather, but nothing directly related to BeeTree's performance.
Their project foreman did a great job of keeping me informed about timelines, which crews would be working on specific days, and how much noise to expect so I could plan accordingly. They was also very prompt and always took time to answer my questions. However, the best part of this entire project was the end result... everything we discussed from the inital interview through the design phase and architectural drawings became a reality! And I am 100% happy!
