Welcome to BeeTree Homes, a Design/Build firm located in Jacksonville, Florida. BeeTree Homes has been our dream for a long time. We’ve always envisioned working with families to help them realize their dreams thru building homes or remodel existing ones. Through the design and build process we enjoy being a part of their lives.
What We Do
It has been said that iron sharpens iron. As a general contractor my responsibility is to build a cohesive team where everyone has the same goal; complete customer satisfaction. Our team members hold one another accountable which brings out the best in everyone.

Katrina Hosea
Founder and President
Katrina Hosea serves as President and owner of BeeTree Homes. She and her husband, Chuck, founded their company in 2003 and have created a design/build firm that has dominated Northeast Florida and been ranked among the top 5 in all of Florida. Katrina is an active member in the design industry and is involved in organizations that support the industry, such as NEFBA, NKBA, Northeast Florida Remodelers Council, NARI, FHBA, ASID, and NAHB.
She has been a committee board member and chairman President for RMC and is perceived as an industry expert by all of her peers. In addition to establishing a name in the Interior Design realm, Katrina has also been a licensed General Contractor since 2003. Katrina is a loving mother to her four children; Benton, Jeanann, Shelby and Emily, and spends quality time with them on a daily basis. She is an animal enthusiast and in her free time, she enjoys design, cooking, traveling, landscaping and reading.
Chuck Hosea
Vice President
Chuck Hosea serves as Vice President and Head of Production for BeeTree Homes. After graduating from Southeast Missouri State University and spending 20+ years in the corporate world, Chuck decided to pursue his career in the construction industry and obtained his General Contractors License in 2006. Alongside of his wife of 29 years, Katrina, they have raised four amazing children and are actively involved in their community. Chuck sits as a member on the ARB board for his neighborhood and enjoys spending his spare time with his family.
John Goode
Project Manager
John Goode serves as Project Manager for BeeTree Homes and serves his position with a focus on team leadership, analysis and customer care. He obtained his Building Contractors License in 1994 and served as Vice President for GBN Construction for 26 years. John is married to his wife of 23 years, Elizabeth, and they have two beautiful daughters together. He is a strong family man and enjoys spending time with his girls. John loves animals and his all time favorite movie is “Forrest Gump.” He is a retired intermural racecar driver and was a teammate of the local “Sons of the Beach” Race Team for 10+ years and is a native of Jacksonville.
Thomas Ruhl
Project Manager
Thomas Ruhl has worked in the construction field now for 29 years. He spent the first two years of his career lying concrete. He then moved up to framing. He also worked commercial construction and was involved in metal framing. Thomas then progressed to wall sheathing, then to residential homes. During that time he met Katrina Hosea where he was given the opportunity not only to do the shell of the home but the interior too. Thomas has now been with the BeeTree team since 2005.Since joining the team he has been educated in building sciences. Thomas says of all the things he has learned the most important is to surround yourself with good people, and that he has done.
Morgan Lewis
Project Manager
Morgan Lewis serves as Project Manager for BeeTree Homes. He was born and raised in Douglas, Ga. Morgan spent years learning and shadowing both his Father and Grandfather and grew to love construction early on. He worked for several years alongside his Father at Charles Lewis Construction. After high school, he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Valdosta State University in 2013. After college, he built several custom homes before moving to Jacksonville. He met his wife in 2012 and they have been happily married since May 2015. Morgan is a Georgia Bulldogs Football fan and enjoys being among friends and family. He enjoys fishing and loves being outdoors in his spare time.
Cindy Baker
Senior Interior Design Consultant
Cindy Baker has made her mark on the design industry after working in the field for the past 25 years. After attending Oklahoma State University and achieving her Bachelors of Science degree in Interior Design, she went to work in London, England alongside a premiere designer, designing for prominent families, companies and dignitaries. Upon her return, she went on to work with high end, reputable clientele in the Florida, Georgia, Texas, Montana and Oklahoma areas, as well as overseas. Her sense of style and love of shoes are two of her defining traits. In addition to being an amazing mother to her two teenage boys, Harrison and Henry, Cindy spends her free time traveling and snowboarding with her husband Davy. Cindy also enjoys designing jewelry and re-purposing vintage flea market finds
Cindy Voutour
Interior Design Consultant
Cindy Voutour joined the BeeTree Homes team the summer of 2015. She earned her AAS in Interior Design Technology from Florida State College at Jacksonville. In 2009 she obtained the Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer, AKBD, designation thru NKBA and is an Allied Member of American Society of Interior Designers. Cindy has worked for several Interior and Kitchen Designers as well as working independently with home builders doing finish selections and model homes for over 30 years. She has been married to her husband Ray for 34 years and has two beautiful daughters, one of which is the design assistant at BeeTree Homes. Cindy Voutour enjoys her dog Sophie and looks forward to her daily walks with her.
Haley Voutour
Design Assistant
Haley Voutour serves as the design assistant at BeeTree Homes since February 2015. She has been exposed to the field of interior design since a young age with her mother, Cindy Voutour, being an interior designer. Haley has begun her studies in kitchen and bath design. She completed the AKBD Exam Preparation Curriculum thru NKBA University. She assists with marketing, order placement, and is an integral part of the BeeTree design team. She is the liaison between the interior designers and project managers. Haley thrives off of the fast paced atmosphere of the office and works efficiently under pressure. Haley spends her free time traveling and with her dog, Sophie.
Dean Muncer
Operations Director
Dean Muncer is a project manager and operations manager for BeeTree Homes. He serves his position with a commitment to leadership, quality control and customer service. He knew from an early age that he wanted to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps and work in the construction industry. He has 33 years of combined experience as a carpenter, superintendent, project manager and general manager. Dean and his wife Teresa have been together for 29 years. They moved to the United States from England with their four children in 1999. He has strong family values and spends as much time as possible with them. He had a successful amateur career as Road Racing Cyclist representing his native country in International events.
Bee Tree designed and is completing a complete renovation of a living room/dining room/kitchen/grate room areas into one open living area. This necessitated a complete redesign of our living area. Multiple walls were removed, new flooring installed, and re-configuration of electrical and plumbing. Custom kitchen cabinetry, upgraded kitchen appliances were also installed. Finally two accordion full doors (one 15ft wide and one 6 ft wide) were installed to merge the outdoor living space with the redesigned indoor common living area.
